For sales and customer success

Follow up at the speed you talk.

The reply that wins a deal is the one you send before the day gets away from you. Phrasora lets you dictate the prospect email, the chat reply, and the account note by voice — clean text landing right in the field you’re already in. It types into your tools; it doesn’t record your calls or touch your CRM behind your back.

Free for 2,000 words a week, no card. Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android, and the web.

Every channel, one tool

Wherever you type, you can talk instead.

A follow-up email, a quick reply in chat, the notes field on the account record, the recap you owe a customer — it’s all typing, and it’s all the day slipping by. Phrasora is a system-wide dictation layer, not an app you switch into. On Mac and Windows you hold your hotkey and clean text pastes at your cursor in whatever’s in front of you.

On iPhone and Android it works as a keyboard, so the same dictation fills the same fields from the road. One account, every device — and it types into your tools without connecting to, syncing with, or automating any of them.

It reads only the field you’re dictating into — no screen scraping, no call recording, no meeting transcription.

The right format for the channel

A polished email or a quick reply.

A prospect email and a one-line chat reply are not the same writing, and a structured account note is different again. Phrasora reads the app and field you’re dictating into and formats for it — so an email comes out as an email, sign-off and all, without you choosing a format every time.

You can also set the level yourself: Clean for a fast tidy-up, Polished for prose that reads like correspondence, Structured for a note that lays out its points. Cleanup removes the “um”s and false starts and shapes the text for where it’s going — your words, formatted for the channel, never rewritten in meaning.

Clean

A quick reply in chat — your words, lightly tidied, punctuation in place.

Polished

A prospect email — grammar and flow smoothed, always prose, sign-off and all.

Structured

An account note — proactive headings and bullets when you’re enumerating next steps.

Your accounts and products

It learns the names on your pipeline.

A general speech model has never heard your product’s name, the account you’re closing this quarter, or the contact you email every week. Phrasora gives the cloud transcription a short, focused hint from your own dictionary — so the product, account, and contact names you actually say come back the way you spell them. The hint is evidence-gated: a term rides along only when there’s a real sign you spoke it, so it never forces a word into your text.

Correct a name once and it’s remembered across every device, with time to undo every learned moment. For an unusual account or industry term, say it and then spell it — the letters always win over what was heard, even mid-sentence.

A word you actually said stays exactly as you said it — it won’t “correct” an account name you got right.

Common questions

The questions reps ask first.

Does Phrasora record or summarize my calls?

No. Phrasora is a dictation layer, not a call recorder or meeting tool. It types what you say into whatever field you're working in — an email, a chat reply, your CRM's notes box — only while you hold the trigger. It doesn't listen to your meetings, transcribe a call, or summarize anything on its own.

Will it get product names and account names right?

Yes — and it improves with use. When a product, account, or contact name you use lives in your dictionary, Phrasora nudges the transcription toward it, but only when there's real evidence you actually said it, so it never forces a word you didn't say. Fix a spelling once and that correction follows you across every device. For an unusual name, say it and then spell it — "the account is named, A-C-M-E" — and the text reads "Acme", spelled your way.

Does it integrate with my CRM?

There's no integration to set up, and that's the point. Phrasora types into whatever app is in front of you, so it works in your CRM's notes field the same way it works in your email client or chat — by pasting clean text at your cursor. It doesn't connect to, sync with, or automate your CRM; it just lets you fill the field you're already in by voice.

Can it match the tone of an email versus a quick chat?

Yes. Phrasora reads the app and field you're dictating into and formats for it, and you can also set the level yourself: Clean for a fast tidy-up, Polished for prose like a prospect email with its sign-off, or Structured for a note with headings and bullets. Your words are formatted for the channel, never rewritten in meaning.

Where can I use it?

On Mac and Windows, Phrasora pastes clean text at your cursor in any application — your email client, a chat window, your CRM in the browser. On iPhone and Android it works as a keyboard, so you can dictate into the same tools on the road. One account, every device.
