Affiliate program terms.

Effective July 7, 2026. These terms govern the Phrasora affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the program you agree to them, alongside our general terms of service. “We” is Amplinyx Inc., the company behind Phrasora.

The program.

Approved affiliates receive a personal tracking link. When someone follows your link and later subscribes to Phrasora Pro on phrasora.ai, you earn a commission on their payments. The program is operated on RevShare, a third-party affiliate platform; your signup, dashboard, and payout details live there.

Commission.

You earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes to us during the 12 calendar months following their first payment. That includes monthly renewals, annual purchases, and plan switches within that window — switching plans neither restarts nor extends the 12 months. After the first 12 months, payments from that customer no longer accrue commission. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid us for that charge.

Commissions accrue only on subscriptions purchased on phrasora.ai through Stripe. Free-plan usage, trial periods, and complimentary time earn nothing until — and unless — the customer pays.

Attribution.

Referrals are tracked with a 90-day, last-click cookie. If a visitor clicks your link and subscribes within 90 days in the same browser, the sale is yours; if they click another affiliate’s link after yours, the most recent click wins. We can only credit sales the tracking can see — cleared cookies, blocked scripts, or a different device can break attribution, and we can’t reconstruct those manually.

Payouts.

Each commission unlocks 30 days after the payment that earned it — this hold mirrors the period in which a payment could be refunded or disputed. We pay unlocked balances of $25 or more monthly, by PayPal or Wise, to the payout details in your affiliate dashboard. Balances under $25 roll forward until they cross the threshold. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

Refunds and clawbacks.

If a payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the commission on it is voided. If that happens after a payout, we deduct the amount from your next payout — and if there is no later payout to deduct it from, the voided amount remains owed to us. Commissions created by fraudulent or rule-breaking activity are voided entirely.

Promotion rules.

• Disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, as your local advertising rules require (for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission”).
• No self-referrals: you can’t earn commission on your own subscription, your household’s, or accounts you control.
• No bidding on “Phrasora” or its misspellings in search ads, and no ad traffic pointed directly at phrasora.ai through your link without our written approval.
• No posting your link on coupon, deal, or cashback sites, and no presenting it as an official discount.
• Be accurate. Describe what Phrasora actually does — dictation that turns your speech into clean text — and don’t invent features, endorsements, or results.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk email or messages, no forced redirects, no cookie stuffing, no placing your link where no real recommendation exists.
• You may use the Phrasora name and logo to describe the product honestly; don’t imply you are Phrasora or that your content is official.

Enrollment and standing.

Enrollment is instant, but the program remains ours to curate: we may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion. We may suspend or remove an affiliate who breaks these terms; deliberate fraud forfeits unpaid commissions. Either side can end participation at any time — earned, rule-abiding commissions are still paid out on the normal schedule.

Changes.

We may update these terms or the commission structure as the program evolves. Material changes are announced to enrolled affiliates before they take effect, and never reduce commissions you have already earned.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
